Will Puck integrate with my existing ATS?
Yes. We integrate with many existing ATS systems: including Workday, iCIMs, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, JazzHR, Comeet, PCRecruiter, Applicant Pro and more.
Which plan is right for my team?
It depends on your setup. Starter is for small teams and agencies without an ATS — it includes Puck's lightweight ATS, AI resume review, job board distribution, and Talent CRM. Standard adds AI Recruiter interviews and ATS integration for teams already running Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby. Pro is built for higher-volume hiring with branded content creation, and Enterprise is the full talent attraction and screening platform, including career sites, interview guides, and a dedicated producer.
What happens if I use all my AI Recruiter interviews in a month?
Nothing interrupts your hiring. Standard includes up to 200 AI Recruiter interviews per month and Pro includes up to 500 — beyond that, additional interviews are $3 each. You're never cut off mid-pipeline.
Do I need Puck's lightweight ATS if I already use Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby?
No. If you have an existing ATS, the Standard plan and above integrate with it directly — your ATS stays the system of record, and Puck syncs job and candidate data both ways. Our lightweight ATS is for teams that don't have a dedicated ATS yet.
Is pricing billed monthly or annually?
We offer annual, bi-annual and quarterly billing today. Starter is $300/month, Standard is $600/month, and Pro is $1,000/month. Enterprise pricing is custom — book a demo and we'll scope it with you.
