Make sure that you nail the key 3 components of any outreach email:
This should be clear and specific about why they should open your email. You have a good reason to reach out, so don’t hide it.
State clearly who you are and what role you are reaching out about. This will help interested candidates get the right context for the rest of your email.
Give candidates a reason to reply to your email and start a conversation. Make it easy for them to reply back, by sharing a pitch. Remember you are reaching out to them, and it should feel like that.
